The Move-In Date for your new home is scheduled for: February 01, 2020. Pricing is conditionally based on the preceding
move in date. Changing your move in date will change the apartment rent. Changing your move in date by more than 3
business days will result in forfeiture of fees and your holding deposit. You will then need to re-apply, pay new fees, and
possibly be re-screened.

UNDERSTAND THESE CONDITIONS:
The Holding Deposit will be applied towards your Security Deposit at the time of move-in. The Holding Deposit and
NRP Fee becomes non-refundable three business days after the application is received should applicant(s) cancel after
this time.
We do not accept cash payments.

If move-in is on, or after the 21st of the month, then both the Prorate and the next full month's Rent are due.

ALL adult leaseholders must be present to sign the lease BEFORE keys can be issued. We cannot make exceptions, so
please coordinate your move-in with all concerned parties and allow 45-60 minutes to review and sign a package of
documents, pay any money due and inspect your new apartment home.

We prefer payments in the form of a Cashier's Check, or Money Order. If paying via personal check, your check will be
scanned and destroyed in accordance with guidelines. We cannot accept a credit card payment for pro-rated rent.

You agree to purchase renter insurance coverage from an insurance company of your choice with a minimum coverage
of $10,000 for personal property damage and $100,000 for personal liability. The maximum policy deductible permitted is
$1000. The insurance carrier must have a minimum insurance rating of A-VI. You will provide us with written proof of
coverage prior to the lease commencement date and any time we require it. You must provide the declaration that
follows the issuance of a binder containing the name(s) of the resident(s) who are insured. The effective date must be
the initial date of the lease or be dated the date the lease commences with coverage through the lease expiration date.

Portable moving storage containers may not be stored on the property for a period exceeding 24 hours.
