BATTLE SONG

Cold were the nights and warm were the days when the enemy came like a thief in
disguise. He was an unknown stranger who claimed himself a conqueror from the east and came
upon the Earth to discover upon arrival a cluster of squabbling and divided families.
War was waged and the people fought for a common cause. Amidst such a battle, there is
a song that served as a battle cry. It’s melody goes somewhere along this way:

It’s pangs had bitten the flesh of the Earth Our faith looks up above

Do not fret. Do not give up

Amongst the living, we fight death Do not fear; You’re a fighter
Tis a time to unite and not divide The greatest battles are given
Our sigil is humanity To the strongest of soldiers
Our words are “To fight!”
With roars of bravery God is on our side.
We stand will all our might We stand in bended knees.
We help each other up
We cling on to hope
And soon obtain peace
