Online ECA (WES) Process for

National University

This is an envelop that is provided by NU. It must

include copies of certificates/provisional
certificates, copies of transcripts but not marksheet
that provided by respective colleges, WES form for
both graduation & post graduation. All documents
must have attestation , verification by the
controller of examination. Look at the back side of
the envelop below:

It shows stamp & signature by the controller of

examination. This envelop is sent to Canada.
Remember the envelop must be sealed otherwise it
will be rejected by WES. Anyway, how to go
through this process, Let’s get
started………………………….
Step 1: Go to National University website
www.nu.edu.bd . There you will see an option for
student login. Make your sign in by registering.
Remember you have to make two accounts with
different user name & password if you have
completed both graduation & post graduation.
After that apply for transcript. Here you will be
asked 746 taka for each transcript. The documents
will be needed here:

After getting payment, NU will indicate you the

date of collecting transcript.

Before step 2, open WES account & pay their fee ( 227
Canadian dolar ) & get reference number & WES form. Note:
This reference number must be shown on envelop & WES
form as well.
Step 2: Go to National University Gazipur ( one stop
service centre ), early in the morning, on the
indicated date. Collect your transcripts by showing
payment voucher. After getting transcript, apply
for verification, attestation, envelop & WES form fill
up. Fees: for verification & attestation 1246 taka
total, for envelop 246 taka, for WES form fill up 823
taka each. After going through this process, your
documents will be looked as below:

Now send those documents in sealed envelop to

indicated address that shows on WES form. You
can send that envelop via FedEx ( 2300 taka ) or
DHL ( 2500 taka ), as your wish.
