Define leadership in action

Good communication is a must for a good leader. This is because poor communication gives a wrong
message to followers. Furthermore, good communication will increase the rate of work. Also, the
chances of mistakes by followers will reduce. A leader must have strong self- confidence because a
person lacking in confidence can never be a good leader and indecisive that may affects people's desire
to follow him/her.

Leadership in action must be excellent so that it can lead to innovations. It must display a creative
attitude in its work. Most noteworthy, innovation is a guarantee of survival of a group. Without creative
thinking, progress is not possible.

What kind of leader will you be?

I am a visionary kind of leader that focus on encouraging people to believe in theirselves. More words
are needed for a vision to take form in todays world and it requires leadership, heart and commitment. I
want to bring out the best in my members and together we will share our sense of purpose,
imagination, insight and boldness then take it into reality. As a leader I will let my members share each
of their vision because their sights are beyond the horizon, not just something near. . They are social
innovators, sees the big picture and thinks strategically because there is profound interconnectedness
between the leader and the whole, and true visionary leaders serve the good of the whole.
