Ans: Leadership in action is how the leader executes his/her task and responsibilities in a way that
everyone would agree and follow. Being an effective leader, he/she must have essential knowledge,
wide-range of understanding, handles different kinds of personalities and manages roles effectively.

2. WHAT KIND OF A LEADER WILL YOU BE?

Ans:

In terms of leadership styles or kinds, I will always prefer to be a Democratic kind of leader. This is where
I can hear my member's opinion and suggestions that enables us to come up with a better result. They
can share their creativity and this can help them boost their confidence by believing what they can do.
By this, everyone can participate which will also help in promoting teamwork as well as trust to one
another.

We should always remember that "A good leader must also be a good follower".
