A VISIT WITH AN

ENTREPRENEUR
MGMT 212

MUHAMMAD TALHA ZUBAIR – 21110263

GROUP 6
12th February, 2020
Personal Contribution
I was present in both of the group’s visits to Bhatta Chowk. In the first visit we simply
questioned Mister Sardar about the scale and nature of his business to gauge if it matched what
we were looking for. We then set an appointment and returned to interview him in detail on the
9th of February. During this visit I was tasked with interviewing him in the concluding phase of
our visit. For the report, I was responsible for writing the personal observations as well as the
section which included insights for aspiring entrepreneurs.

Learning
There is a stark difference between being an educated person and a learned person. Most
of what you learn in a business comes from realizing your mistakes. It is better to take risks
sooner rather than later as long as you have a contingency plan. Your reputation is yours alone to
protect. Every person from a carpenter to a manufacturer of matchsticks can be an entrepreneur
in his or her own right. You need to carve your own way in life, but it is only worth doing so if
you are helping make the world a better place.
