Functional and Hierarchical Lines:

 Hierarchically accountable to: Project Coordinator (MMA TB Project), M&E
Manager (PMD, MMA)
 Functionally accountable to: Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Coordinator of
MMA TB Project.

Position Profile:
 MIS (Management of Information System) Officer will be responsible for MIS
activities to ensure effective implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) augmented
CXR screening among HH TB contact tracing especially in areas of technical,
operational and data management. He / She also take account for tracking and
checking for achievement of set Performance Indicator targets towards the fulfilment
of project’s objectives under the TB REACH Grant.
 He / She collaborates with M&E section of PMD, MMA , NTP, PATH and other
related partner counterparts as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

1) Mainly responsible for MIS activities on AI augmented CXR screenings at different
levels in coordination & collaboration with PATH/TB REACH /related technical
partners under the guidance of MMA TB Project
2) Undertake all data management process including data entry, data checking, data
verification and data analysis.
3) Facilitate the smoother implementation of AI augmented CXR screening activities at
field project tsp levels at GP clinics, CXR facilities in terms of technical , operational
and data management areas.
4) Coordinate and collaborate with NTP/PATH/GPs/CXR facilities and related partners
for overall MIS activities.
5) Assist and provide supportive supervision to field implementing partners for proper
and timely recording and reporting process.
6) Report any problems and issues encountered in project implementation against set
project plans and targets at different levels to Project Coordinator through PO.
 7) Assist and facilitate in survey, preliminary assessments, mapping exercises, mission
visits, evaluation and research processes if any.
8) Submit related reports to PC through PO in proper and timely manner.
9) Performed other related duties as required and assigned by the MMA TB Project.

Requirements:

 Must be a graduate from a recognized university, preferable information management

and computer science.
 Must have at least two year experience of work related to MIS , Data management and
M&E activities in TB related services.
 Preferably to those who have some IT & networking experiences or CXR AI augmented
activities.
 Must be in good health.
 Have proficient English Language.
 Must be flexible and have an empathetic attitude and team spirit.
 Have strong interpersonal communication skills.
 Able to work multicultural dimension.
 Ability to work well and punctually under pressure.
 Must have computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Points and Burmese.
 Need to follow MMA Code of Ethics.
 Immediate family members of a staff are not allowed to apply for a position for a
