I. GENERAL SITUATION

Province of Tarlac is under TROPICAL CYCLONE WARNING SIGNAL No. 1

All municipalities & city in the province also declared suspension of classes ALL LEVEL
both PUBLIC and PRIVATE SCHOOL in their respective AOR to avoid any untoward incidents
or danger to lives and property due to the weather condition.

PDRRMC / MDRRMC’s with immediate concerns still on alert status and closely monitoring
situation in their respective AOR.

II. Coverage of awareness (Percentage of LGUs informed)

 100% of LGUs through their LCEs and LDRRMO were informed of the possible
effects of the heavy rains brought about by Typhoon “Lannie” and TD “Maring”.
 CODIX and Hotdog Forecast were disseminated to all concerned.

III. Preparedness actions, to include pre-emptive evacuation

 All LDRRM Offices have activated their Disaster Monitoring Systems.

IV. Special concerns and special areas

 Automatic suspension of classes for pre-elementary and kindergarten is in effect


V. Impacts (Affected population, casualties, status of lifelines)

 None as of reporting period


 No evacuees reported
 All major and secondary thoroughfares are passable
