WEEKS DATES WORK CARRIED OUT

1 1ST WEEK The research of the study related to outsourcing external
recruitment processes with reference to bpo sector was
completed. The synopsis was created to serve as a basis for the
main project. Secondary information was accumulated and
assembled from the various sources.

2 2ND WEEK An impact of outsourcing external recruitment process;

effectiveness and challenges in bpo sector was studied to
understand the impact of external recruitment process and know
the outsourcing process and studied about bpo in the 1st and 2nd
chapters are completed.

3 3RD WEEK The SWOT component of the study was analysed, and outcome
was retrieved. Based on the above chapter 3 & 4 was completed.

4 4TH WEEK Suggestion, conclusion and learning experiences were compiled

to be attached for reference. Alongside the above chapter 5 was
completed.
