Job Description of ACI

Position: Human Resource Manager

Tasks:

 Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions,


interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
 Analyse and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive
programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
 Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing
disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
 Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.

Knowledge:

 Personnel and Human Resources — Knowledge of principles and procedures for


personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labour relations
and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
 Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management
principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources
modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and
resources.
 Law and Government — Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures,
precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the
democratic political process.
 Recruitment: Should be able to recruit by judging properly.
 Education and Training — Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum
and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the
measurement of training effects.

Skills:

 Active listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to
understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not
interrupting at inappropriate times.
 Management of Personnel Resources - Motivating, developing, and directing
people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
 Creativity- Having the quality of thinking creatively to make ACI different from
others.
 Judgment and Decision Making - Considering the relative costs and benefits of
potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.

Abilities:

 Oral Comprehension - The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas
presented through spoken words and sentences.
 Oral Expression - The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so
others will understand.

produce answers that make sense

Education:

BBA & MBA in Human Resource Management.

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience.

 Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates - Providing information to


supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in
person.
 Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships - Developing constructive
and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
 Staffing Organizational Units - Recruiting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, and
promoting employees in an organization.
 Making Decisions and Solving Problems - Analysing information and evaluating
results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
