 What we do
We offer residential cleanings for all house sizes, we have
several types of cleanings which are:

• One time cleanings.

• Cleaning perform only one time or clients who only think
they need it once a year.
• Weekly, cleaning every 7 weeks
• Biweekly, cleanings every 2 weeks
• Move in / Move out cleaning, cleanings performs for empty
houses before moving in or after move out. (Usually this
include inside refrigerator and the oven) Also this is called
end of tenancy cleaning.
• Bimonthly, cleanings perform every 2 months
• Occasional cleanings. As need it.
• Deep cleanings
• Post construction cleanings
• Spring cleanings, this are season cleanings.
• Fall cleanings, this are season cleanings
 Cleaning Teams
• We work by teams of 2 and 3 cleaners at a time for
now, THIS DOES NOT CHANGE THE PRICE BECAUSE WE
CHARGE PER HOUR PER CLEANER.

• All cleaners are trained, bonded and insured.

• We do not work with independent contractors, this
means all our cleaners are employees who are
screened and passed all types background checks. We
also carry workers compensations and offer a variety of
benefits for each one.

• Prices are per hour per cleaner, prices depend on the frequency of
cleanings.

• THIS IS AN IMPORTANT SUBJECT, IS IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND WE

CHARGE PER HOUR PER CLEANER, THIS IS CALLED PRICE PER MAN
HOUR.

• For example:
• 2 CLEANERS FOR 2 HOURS EQUALS 4 MAN HOURS
• 3 CLEANERS FOR 1 HOUR AND 20 MINUTES EQUALS 4 MAN HOURS
• 2 CLEANERS FOR 1.5 HOURS EQUALS 3 MAN HOURS
• 3 CLEANERS FOR 1 HOURS EQUAL 3 MAN HOURS
• Just need to calculate the amount of cleaners per the amount of time.
• We have made a pricing list per size of the

clean extra time in order to do a deep
cleaning
