Stakeholder Analysis

Stakeholders are the ones who hold keen interest to the business and are affected by
the outcome of a project. There are two categories of stakeholders. They are internal
and external stakeholder. Description of our stakeholders is given below:

Employees
A company cannot achieve their organizational goals without their employees. The
personnel of our company will include staffs, experts for managing apps, legal advice
team, security team, executive and many others. We will require some hardworking
employees for this project. We will make sure that all our employees will be well trained
and skilled enough to do their job.

Government
As it is an organization that will provide legal advice, the government will always keep a
close eye on it. The government will be the license provider for us to continue the work in
long term basis. They will be acting as external stakeholders because some laws and
regulation will be implemented by them, which cannot be violated. Therefore, it is
important for us to keep the government satisfied.

Shareholders
Our business venture will need support from some shareholders from the initial stage.
The entrepreneurs who came with this idea and created the organization have also
invested some amount possible according to their ability from their personal account.
And, there will be some outside shareholders. Hence, we will always have to keep good
communication with them.

Lawyers
The lawyers who will be working for this project will be considered as external
stakeholders. Their role will be very important to achieve our goal. As it is a new form of
business in Bangladesh and as our work will technology and online based at first, we will
have to hire at least 50 lawyers and then gradually with popularity we will hire more
lawyers. They also have to be managed closely.
Investors and Creditors
For this project we will take investments from sources like angel investors and from
Banks or financial institutions. They are a vital part of the venture. Therefore, they have
to be managed very closely and their activities have to be taken care of.

Sponsoring Companies and Collaboration Partners

At the end of our project we will have to manage some good and loyal sponsors, who will
help us to attract customers. We will manage to work with some companies interested in
doing collaboration that will help us to do promotion.

Suppliers
The suppliers we will need for our project web host and website designers, necessary
distributed materials provider, internet service provider and suppliers for other temporary
services. They have to be kept informed.

Consumers
Our customers will be our most important external stakeholders. In Stakeholders
Analysis, the customers have high power and high interest. Hence, it is very important to
manage them closely.

Competitors
There are at present no big competitors for this kind of organization in Bangladesh that
have taken projects like this, but legal advices are given personally to customers which
are not online based. They are the ones that have to be kept informed.

The Press
The press can be considered as external stakeholders that will be beneficial for the
company. They have to be monitored.
The Public
The public are considered as external stakeholders. We will have to make sure that our
business does not dissatisfy or annoy the public in any way. Even though they have low
power and low interest they have to be monitored.
