    GOAL: Identify general and specific ideas in texts related with their contexts.

    THINK about this and answer the questions:

    1. What topic do you like to talk about?

     I like to talk about topics such as makeup, entrepreneurship, lifestyles, horror stories, self-
    improvement, business movement, among others.

    2. Are you interested about your future?

     Yes, absolutely, I think about it every day, I fear failure and that things will not turn out as I
    wish; that's why every day I fight to be better.

    3. Are you worried about any problem? Which one?

     Yes, I am concerned about failing and not being an independent person. Sometimes I
    don't think about my actions in the present, which will be reflected in my future. I would
    like to have more confidence.

    LOOK at your English book on page 22 - 23, and do activities 1, 2, and 3.

    Discuss in pairs. What topics do teens usually talk about? Put the topics in
    order from most common to least common.

    ‘Should’, ‘would’ and ‘could’ are auxiliary verbs that can sometimes get confusing. They
    are the past tense of ‘shall’, ‘will’ and ‘can’ but are also used in other situations.
