6. Fees once paid will not be refunded.
7. The D.D.E. Enrollment Number (as per Identification card no.) including batch, year of admis-
sion of the candidates should be furnished in the box provided on the top of the front page of the
examination application without fail.

INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATE
1. Candidates should obtain their Hall-Tickets from the Chief Superintendent of the Examination Centre 2
days before the commencement of Examinations positively and in no case they will be sent to the
candidates directly. If there is any problem regarding the Hall-Ticket, He/She should contact the Centre
Superintendent/Director, D.D.E/Controller of Examination immediately for redressal. Last minute
approach for Hall-Ticket may result in problems to the candidate and they may run the risk of loosing the
Examination and the Centre Superintendent/Director, D.D.E/Controller of Examination can not be held
responsible for the same.
2. Candidates for the Examinations are strictly prohibited from writing their names, initials and other marks
of Identification on the Main or Additional Answer Books. REGISTER NUMBERS SHOULD NOT BE
ENTERED ON THE ADDITIONAL ANSWER BOOKS. Candidates violating these instructions stand
the risk of having the particular answer paper rejected from valuation.
3. Candidates must satisfy the Chief Superintendent as to their identity, the Certificates of Identity taken by
them must contain their signature.
4. Candidates should write on both sides of the paper and atleast 20 lines to a page subject to the questions
aksed, but nothing should be written on the reverse page of the front sheet.
5. No candidate will be allowed for the examination after 30 minutes from the commencement of the
Examination.
