Dear Ms. Jones:

Attached please find the Birmingham P.O. Metron delivered 100,000 KN95 masks,
("KN95's"), on April 29, 2020, and 75,000 3-ply surgical masks, ("3 Ply Masks"), on
April 20, 2020, pursuant to the Birmingham P.O. Birmingham has possession of the
KN95's and 3 Ply Masks.

On March 27, 2020 Metron received a payment of $225,625.00, which equals a 50%
of the total estimated charges of $451,250.00, from Birmingham for the 3 Ply Masks,
KN95 masks, and estimated related shipping costs. As of the date of this letter,
Metron has not received payment from Birmingham in the amount of $225,625.00 for
the balance due from the Birmingham P.O.

Metron demands payment of $250.658.23 from the City of Birmingham for the
balance due on Birmingham P.O. that covers all related shipping costs, 100,000
KN95's, and 75,000 3-ply surgical masks, delivered to Birmingham, which
Birmingham has in its possession.
