Static calibration procedure

1. Do the zero correction in the menu

Project Cemengal : C-LEVER static calibration

2. Remove the cross handles and the C-Lever door

3. Mount the comparison weight in the middle of the chute

Project Cemengal : C-LEVER static calibration

4. Close the door and fix it with some cross handles every time, to defeat influences on the
measurement.

5. Wait until the flowrate is constant

Project Cemengal : C-LEVER static calibration

6. Enter the flowrate of the EVA, the calculated value from the presetting and do the correction.

7. When the new gain is calculated open the C-Lever door and take off the weight.
8. Close the door and do the zero correction.
9. Open the door and hang in the static weight.
10. Close the door and wait until the flowrate is constant.
11. Check if the tolerance of the flowrate is ok.
12. If not, go on with the correction, otherwise take off the static weight and do a zero correction.

13. At the end set the counter to zero.
