INTRODUCTION

The technology negotiation process is important because negotiating


properly means that a good will be acquired that will fully comply with
all the specific needs of the organization and that it will also give some
competitive advantage, in addition that the value paid will be recovered
within a calculated term that will not exceed the useful life of this.

For us as a Colombian society it is definitely super important to find


these solutions, since this depends on the solution to many social
problems that arise from technological backwardness and do not allow
us to improve the purchasing power of our currency, control over state
companies that degenerate into corruption.

The main activity of this activity is to achieve the competence to develop


a negotiation of technological assets based on products, processes and
systems innovation, with the objective of achieving the social and
commercial objectives of the organization.
