PRIOR TO OBTAINING THE TITLE OF:
LICENSED SOCIAL SCIENCES COMMUNICATION
SUMMARY
The influence of social networks on students is a social problem in our country that is
adding daily. In the Canton Yaguachi there is a high rate of students with poor school
performance due to the influence of social networks in their studies, so it is
necessary to analyze the factors that triggered this problem were. In order to
publicize What are social networks? How do the social networks in the study? for this
research methodology used for all stages is used, surveys and test was applied to
students of different schools of Canton Yaguachi.
In addition to the presentation of results, analysis and interpretation of the data
generated from this the conclusions and recommendations pertaining to giving
sustainability to this work is done.

OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AND COMMUNICATIONS (ICT) IN THE
REGIONAL GOVERNMENT PIURA – 2015

ABSTRACT
This report thesis belongs to the research in information technology and communications
(ICT), of the Professional School of Systems Engineering at the Universidad Católica los
Ángeles de Chimbote - Piura. The objective was to determine the level of management of the
domain Plan and Organise TIC in Gobierno Regional Piura; 2015. The study was non-
experimental and cross-sectional; a sample consisting of 24 workers, it was determined that:
The 66.67% of workers in the Gobierno Regional Piura - 2015 Strategic Plan assume that the
process is in a maturity level 2-Repeatable, the 50.00% assume that the architecture process
Information is at a maturity level 2-Repeatable, the 50.00% assume that the technological
direction is in a process maturity level 2-Repeatable, 58.33% assume that the Foreign
Organization and IT process is at a level 1-Initial maturity, the 70.83% stated that the IT
investment is in a process maturity level 2-Repeatable, 58.33% assume that the communication
process between members of IT is in a maturity level 2-Repeatable The 70.83% assume that the
Human Resources IT is in a process maturity level 2-Repeatable, the 50.00% assume that the
Quality of IT process is at a maturity level 3-Defined, 66.66% assume that the Risk IT is in a
process maturity level 2-Repeatable 66.66% assume that the IT projects in a process maturity
level 2-Repeatable; consequently the level of maturity of the Plan and Organise domain is 2-
Repeatable according to COBIT framework v.4.1

PROFILE OF THE DOMAIN MANAGEMENT LEVEL PLANNING AND
ORGANIZING OF TECHNOLOGIES INFORMATION AND
COMMUNICATIONS (ICT) IN THE NEW HOPE MEDICAL CENTER -
PIURA, 2012.
ABSTRACT
This thesis is developed under the research in Technology Information and Communication,
vocational school systems engineering. The objective was to determine the level of management
Plan and organize domain TIC of Medical Center Nueva Esperanza - Piura, 2012. The study
was quantitative in nature , descriptive level and non- experimental design, a cross-sectional
sample of 22 workers , it was determined that 59 % of employees surveyed believe that the
process of TI Strategic Plan , is in a level 1 - Initial . 64% of employees surveyed believe that
the process of Information Architecture TI is in Level 1 - Initial. 50% of employees surveyed
believe that the process of TI Technology Directorate is at a level 1 - Initial. 59% of employees
surveyed believe that the TI Processes, Organization and Relationships process is at level 1 -
Initial. 64% of employees surveyed believe that the TI Investment process is at a level 1 -
Initial. 59% of employees surveyed believe that the TI Member Communication process is a
Level 2 - Repeatable. 86% of employees surveyed believe that the process TI Resources is in a
Level 1 - Initial. 55% of employees surveyed believe that the process Managing Quality in TI
Level 1 - Initial. 73% of employees surveyed believe that the Risk TI process is a Level 2 -
Repeatable. 68% of employees surveyed believe that the TI Project process is at level 1 - Initial.

PERU- PIURA REGION; 2016

ABSTRACT
The present Thesis is developed under the line of investigation in Implementation of the
Technologies of the Information and Communications (TIC) for the constant improvement in
the Organizations of Peru of the Vocational school of Systems engineering of the Catholic
University Chimbote's Los Angeles (ULADECH); the investigation had as principal aim realize
a system prototype of Management for the Obstetricians' Professional College in Piura's Region
in the year 2016, the type of investigation was quantitative, his design of the investigation was
not experimental, and of transverse court. The methodology RUP used for the present
investigation, it allowed to apply a frame of work that served us for the modelling using all his
phases for his successful development; one possessed a sample population constituted by 212
collegiate assets belonging to the professional college, deciding that: 78.00 % of the polled
collegiate ones concluded, They are not satisfied by the information, received nowadays. 92.00
%, of the collegiate ones concluded that IF they agree with the Implementation reducing the
times of attention and improving the quality in the service. These results allow to affirm that the
formulated hypotheses remain accepted; therefore, the investigation concludes that, there turns
out to be beneficial the accomplishment of a system prototype of management for the
Obstetricians' Professional College in Piura's Region.

ABSTRACT
E-commerce has taken a place at an accelerated pace in daily life, and is a very important tool to
improve sales rates a global level. This research aimed to deploy a control orders via the web for
Agribusiness The Morina S.A.C district Moro 2016. Agribusiness has the areas of management,
administration, accounting and production; these two last ones in charge to verify the entry and
exit of products to vendors and suppliers. This thesis has been developed in order to facilitate
the management of different customer orders Agribusiness La Morina SAC, taking advantage of
the Internet as a resource. One of the problems encountered was the loss of time to apply the
products, low production management and marketing area. The web computer system to
perform the registration of customers, products and customer orders, and set up the stock of
products, prices and promotions. On the other hand, the system performs a record of the
customer and of reservations with pre-order chosen by the customer, which will be displayed by
the reservationist to the corresponding instructions for care that client. Free software tools used
as joomla and extensions to the cart for implementation. He had the results of the
implementation, reduced loss of employee time asking each customer orders and be controlled
and updated orders and product availability in stock.
