Hyperfilm 3H

Product description
Hyperfilm 3H is a specialist film for the direct autoradiography of 3H.The single emulsion is supported
by a clear plastic base but has no anti-scratch layer. The anti-scratch layer on most films seriously
impedes or totally blocks the weak beta particles of 3H and the low energy Auger electrons of 125I
decay. As Hyperfilm 3H has no anti-scratch layer these weak particles can strike its emulsion directly

● No anti-scratch layer facilitates
Since there is no protective layer, care must be taken when handling this film to avoid damaging
the sensitive detection of 3H
the emulsion and creating artefacts. This also means it cannot be put through automatic processors
by direct autoradiography
but must be developed by hand using standard manual X-ray developers and fixers. Hyperfilm 3H

A continuous tone, panchromatic black-and-white film for general pictorial or lab documentation
imaging. It is especially useful for detailed subjects where outstanding image quality is required. Features
medium speed (EI 100) extremely fine grain and very high resolving power.

T-Max 400 Professional film (TMY)

A continuous tone, panchromatic black-and-white negative film that is especially useful for
photographing dimly lit subjects, fast action, extended range flash pictures, and subjects that require
good depth of field. This film is highly useful for scientific and biomedical work, especially when
fluorescence photography is required. Can be exposed at a speed of EI 800 with normal processing, or

T-MAX 400 Professional film
T-Max P-3200 Professional film (TMZ)
A multispeed black-and-white film, especially useful for very fast action and dimly lit subjects where
auxiliary illumination is not practical. The ability to expose this film at exceptionally high speeds (EI 3200
to 25,000) allows you to take pictures in many situations where photography was previously impossible.
Photomicrography of extremely weak fluorescence may require the great speed and increased contrast
this film displays when push-processed at EI 6400 or higher, but for most fluorescence the finer grain of
T-Max 400 is the better choice.
