Subject: Dates for the conduct of IKGPTU University Exams for session
2019-20 (Even Semester)
Dear All
As per the draft of revised academic calendar for the Session 2019-20 (Even Semester)
released from the office of DEAN Academics, IKGPTU, following are the dates for the
conduct of the university examinations of even semester:

External Practicals / Training Examinations 16.06.2020 27.06.2020
Conduct of Examinations (Theory):
University Examination for final semester of all Courses 01.07.2020 15.07.2020

University Examination (Theory) for all other semesters Date shall be announced 15 days
before the start of Examinations.
Evaluation and Declaration of Result of Final Semester 31.07.2020

Note: 1. .A fool-proof plan to follow the norms of “social distancing” and other required
precautions, to avoid any eventuality arising due to COVID-19 will be implemented strictly
during the resumption of session and the conduct of the university examinations.
2. Commencement of classes for students of 2 nd / 3rd year (except Freshers) for session 2020-
21 (odd semester): 01.08.2020
