AFFIDAVIT OF ADVERSE CLAIM

We, ELY GUIYAB-MALANNAO and NELIA PATRICIO GUIYAB, of legal age,
Filipino, and a resident of Cansan, Cabagan, Isabela, after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with the law, state:

1. That we are the Plaintiffs in the Administrative Cases docketed as DARAB

CASE NO. 0204-8201-2017 and DARAB CASE NO. 0204-8202-2017 pending
before the Department of Agrarian Reform Adjudication Board of Cauayan
City, Isabela. Copy of the Petition is attached as Annex A;

2. That we are executing this affidavit to protect our interest in the afore-said
parcel of land;

3. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the

foregoing narration of facts and for the purpose of causing the annotation of
this adverse claim to the copy of Transfer Certificate of Title No. 035-
2017000096 on file with the Registry of Deeds of Isabela.
