Contract Australian Labradoodle Breeding dog between:

1.1 Example name,

&
2.1 Doodle Baby’s, Calle de Martirs 6, 43500 Tortosa,
ALAEU Member EU-BR 92 en WALA 1219-01055, represented by Frank Hamers (Seller)

3.1 Seller gives ownership from puppy Name to the buyer.

3.2 The Puppy is sold as (future) breeding dog. Buyer has the right to breed with the puppy, but fully
responsible, tested and found to be healthy.

4.1 Seller gives the guarantee that the puppy can be bred according to ALAEU and the WALA regulations.
Puppy will therefore be tested by buyer when the puppy has fully grown (from 12 months). If the test
results show that it is not possible to breed with her in accordance with ALAEU and the WALA rules (see
www.alaeu.com) or if the puppy is infertile, then the seller will offer a new puppy to the buyer for free as
soon as possible, at the choice of the buyer.
If the puppy lives with the buyer and is part of the family, no compensation will be asked for the
replacement pup. If the puppy is placed in a guardian home, a fee of 2100 euros will be requested. Buyer
has the opportunity to sell the puppy to the guardian family.

4.2 If it is not allowed to breed with this puppy according to the rules of ALAEU and sold or donated to
third parties, it must be neutered at the cost of buyer. The proof of the neutering will be emailed to
seller. Seller has to email this proof to the ALAEU.

4.3 If the buyer can or does not want to care for the dog anymore or because of circumstances, the

in the same healthy condition as the dog was when the puppy left the breeder's kennel.

4.4 Buyer is aware of the unique character of the Australian Labradoodle puppy and will ensure that the
puppy (and later also as an adult dog) will get all the `time and care it needs to have a nice and healthy
life: fresh drinking water, quality food, sufficient attention and movement, responsible physical
education, veterinary care when necessary, but especially a lot of love!!

4.5 Buyer acknowledges that it concerns a young animal and misses everything he or she was used to,
knows and liked, after being picked up. This is difficult for a young baby and the buyer will not want and /
or expect too much from him / her too quickly. Buyer will ensure to immediately work on a strong
relationship of trust with the puppy. Buyer understands that the Australian labradoodle and especially
Doodlebabys bloodlines are carefully bred to be therapy and assistance dogs. The buyer acknowledges
that the puppy wants to be with the buyer or the family of the buyer as much as possible, because
otherwise he / she will be enormously unhappy if let alone for to many hours. Don't let him / her sleep
the first nights alone, but acknowledge that everything is new and strange to the puppy. Buyer
understands that a young animal can find everything that is within his / her reach on the table /
countertop / on the floor / on the wall interesting enough to explore by mouth. It is therefore important
that no strange or toxic objects / food can be eaten by the puppy.

4.6 Buyer promises to do nothing which can insufficiently develop the muscles and skeleton of the
puppy. So buyer will ensure full nutrition, proper exercise (not too much but not too little), the right
weight and no overload on the skeleton, for example by jumping out of the car, running down the stairs
or by running in loose sand. Horizontal movements are encouraged, vertical movements are not
recommended.

If veterinary documentation shows that the puppy has been overweight, all warranty as in 4.1 will expire.

4.6 If the pup is seriously injured by trauma or anything non genetic, which makes that the puppy is unfit
to use for breeding or dies, it’s not the fault of the seller is not required to provide compensation.

4.8 Seller provides a 2 year health guarantee. If, prior to 24 months of age, the Puppy is found to have a
congenital health defect that prevents Puppy from participating in normal daily activities, caused by
inherited disease, Seller will discuss suitable solution (refund or providing new puppy). This guarantee
does not include viral illnesses, bacterial illnesses, acquired illness, vaccinosis, allergies, bites, infections,
hernias, hypoglycemia, Guardia, Coccidosis, indigestion of foreign objects, trauma or accident, over or
underfeeding, ingestion of food or chemicals, using Bravecto or physical injury contracted or incurred
following Buyer’s receipt of Puppy.

4.9 Should there be a serious injury to the puppy during the remaining stay of the puppy at the seller,
which will prevent the puppy from being sold anymore, the seller will destroy this agreement and return
the full purchase amount to the buyer. Buyer will then qualify for a puppy from the next litter that the
seller expects (in order of registration, by choice of the buyer).

4.10 The buyer declares to have read the Informational PDF file that was written by seller and sent to

straight coat can get more curly when they grow older. Also puppy can grow bigger of smaller then

type of coat and height of the dog. Buyer agrees nature sometimes does what nature wants and this is
not always according to estimations.
