Executive Summary

With THE KITCHEN GAMES and WREN & THE CURIOUS MOUSE we are aiming to
produce a two full length 3D (Stereophonic) CGI animated movies to establish a new and
commercially driven franchise that will create a series of extremely high quality yet cost
effective movies, together with a range of merchandizing opportunities that will give them
the potential of joining the billion dollar industry along side some of the major animated
characters we all know and admire.

Traditionally animation has always been expensive and time consuming. However, what
we are aiming to creative is a cost effective high quality animated feature films as visually
entertaining and outstanding as Ratatouille, Finding Nemo & Shrek.

Animated movies have always been consistently one of the most successful genre of films
since Walt Disney made Snow White in 1937. Each year their market share has increased,
indeed last year they accounted for 12% of the total film market. With the ability to
release films in both 3D and the traditional 2D format - 2011 is looking to be the biggest
yet.

As an independent studio we are able to produce animated feature films at a significantly

lower cost than the US studios, using some of the most respected animators and
production crew in the industry. Furthermore, we are able to reduce the production costs
further by producing two animated movies together by staggering the production.

We have also brought to our team Dan Hubbard, whose probably the best casting agency
in the country to assemble a great and commercial cast for our animated movies.

Because most the pre-production on THE KITCHEN GAMES is already complete, investors
have a unique opportunity to see initial sales a lot earlier than most animated movies. We
anticipate the first sales in November 2011 at the American Film Market.

Darkside Animation Films and Reach Up High Entertainment are seeking $29 million to
complete two 3D animated feature films, THE KITCHEN GAMES and WREN & THE
CURIOUS MOUSE.

The Studio

In the same manner that Disney and Fox have their own individual style in animation, Darkside has
developed its own distinct style of animation that can be seen on its feature film The Kitchen
Games, which it will replicate for its new animated features going into production.

The Kitchen Games with Wren & The Curious Mouse are not only aimed at the family audience it
intends to market to but the projects themselves will be particular to the studio creating and moving
forward the Darkside ‘Brand’.

Similar CGI Animated Feature Films

Traditionally the US studios have held a monopoly of commercially driven high quality animated
features due to the high production costs of making the movies. Generally they still dominate the
market but independent animated movies have recently broken into the market, which have also
shown healthy gross returns at the box office.

The highest grossing Animated feature film was Shrek 2 which was budgeted at $150 million
grossed world wide $919.8 million at the box office. Many high budgeted US studio animated feature
films have shown healthy returns at the box office, for example Shrek 3 grossed world wide
$781million and Finding Nemo grossed $865 million at the box office.

There are independently made animated feature films which cost considerably less that have still
shown a very healthy return. Hoodwinked budgeted at $15million (estimated) and Jimmy Neutron
budgeted at $30 million are two examples.

Hoodwinked grossed world wide $110 million at the box office. It also grossed $21.8 million on
DVD rentals alone. This does not include DVD sales or merchandising revenues.

Jimmy Neutron grossed world wide $103 million at the box office. This does not include DVD sales
or merchandising revenues.

Traditionally the US market is worth between 40-50% of the world market. However this is not
always the case. For example the animated feature film called Arthur and the Invisibles only
grossed $15.1 million (13.4% of the market) at the US box office, yet went on to gross $97.9 million
(86.6%)in the rest of Word (ROW) giving it a total gross sales of $113 million.

At 77, Winnie the Pooh is still tops for kids, pulling down
more than $5 billion in retail sales in 2002. This shows you
do not have to have a movie out to be a franchise success.

With his image emblazoned on millions of pyjamas,

backpacks and lunch boxes, he doesn't need the big screen
to stay in the public imagination.

In 2002 Potter fans spent $860 million to see his second

movie and bought 10 million copies of his videogames.
Even without a new book release the year before, Harry's
U.S. book sales toppled that of The Lord of the Rings
series. Creator J.K. Rowling earned an estimated $131.4
million in 2002.

The Harry Potter franchise is a good example of an

unknown brand becoming an international phenomenon
in just a few years.

After Toy Story and A Bug's Life, Pixar hit the jackpot once
again with Monsters, Inc. The movie's home video was the
year's bestseller, ringing in at $600 million.

Monsters, Inc is an excellent example that shows even

unknown brands can become an overnight success. Sully
merchandise are still on sale in selected children’s toy stores
today.

This square yellow sea sponge named SpongeBob lives in

a pineapple in the subterranean city of Bikini Bottom. As
one of the younger characters on our list, he's already an
expert at bringing in the bucks, earning $800 million in
2002.

SpongeBob is another good example of a new brand that

despite only being shown on the small screen has become
an extremely lucrative product.

With the animated movies our intentions are to create a noticeable brand that will
compete with the existing studio franchise on the market today.

Demetris first worked in the building industry as an architectural consultant. He also has a BA
honours degree in Business Studies specialising in Law, Marketing Communications and International
Marketing. Benefiting from his long association to the media industry he decided to move full time
into film finance and film production in 2001, quickly establishing himself within the film industry.

First starting off working alongside the finance side of the UK tax driven film partnerships, he was
later contracted by a London based accounting firm to source and recommend commercially driven
film projects that would be British qualifying that would benefit from the tax incentives available at
the time.

In 2007, Demetris moved full time into film production. Features which are either currently in pre-
production, production, post production or completed are The Kitchen Games, Devil’s Playground
and A Soldier’s Story. He is also working on a slate of high profile ‘franchise-able’ animated CGI
stereoscopic feature films as well as live action feature films with A list talent attached that are
scheduled to go into production in 2011/12.
