Currently isolating with her family at her home in Los Angeles, Amber Valletta, like many
of us, is rediscovering the joys of the great indoors. “Every day I try to practise meditation
before I start my day. During this time, with so much uncertainty, meditating reminds
me that my thoughts are just thoughts and feelings change like the passing weather.
Breathing in each moment helps me stay in the ‘now’. The great indoors is actually within
us and is waiting to be explored!” Here, she shares some of her favourite sustainable
