Benefits Gained

Having an OJT is one of an opportunity for us as student to experience the real situation
in a corporate world. To learned new things inside the office and to apply those lessons I learned
in school.

The benefits I gained in Registrar’s office, I was consumed my whole second semester
usefully and I face the challenges of my everyday duties. I experience the different type of
emotions especially when busy, in this situation I was able to practice to have a long patience
attitude. I was assigned in Registrar’s office were in my skills in sorting documents was well
developed. Also I gained new friends that boasted my socialization and how to mingle with other
people. Another benefits I gained is I was able to witness the actual scenarios of having a conflict
between employees, how they depend their ideas and how they spend their time inside the office.

Because of OJT, I learned to importance in my everyday tasks in work especially when I

came into this kind of situation sooner or later that this things I learned will lead me to face the
real world.
