It is to intimate that we have reopened our Site Office at Nasirabad in compliance to policy,
directions and guidelines of NHAI issued vide above referred Office Order dated 17.4.2020 and all our staff
members except those permitted to work from home vide para C(iii) of the above referred Office Order
dated 17.4.2020, those quarantined and those who trapped in curfew bound and restricted areas (Ref:
para C(ii) of the said Circular dated 17.4.2020) as detailed in this office letter No. 1958 dated 18.04.2020.
It is to further inform that one of the two quarantined support staff members has started attending office
from 25.04.2020.

          Whereas all Key Personnel except those above the age of sixty five years are attending office
regularly after reopening, only limited (about 50%) supporting staff is being called to attend office in
rotation in accordance with para C(ii) of the Guidelines to ensure social distancing in office and while
travelling. However we are facing following difficulties in our movements –

(i) The Police personnel on duty sometimes many times refuse to recognize photo IDs issued by PIU,
NHAI, Ajmer and insist on production of pass issued by State Administration. Though our staff
members have applied on the State Govt. portal for issue of passes but same are awaited.

(ii) Similarly the Police insist on production of pass for vehicles.

(iii) Uncertainty about imposition of restriction of movement, especially in walled (old) city areas and
areas from where new cases are reported.

The matter is brought to your notice for information that in spite of these limitations we are
putting in best efforts to run our Site Office at Nasirabad in spirit of policy guidelines and directions of the
Govt. of India / NHAI and ensuring optimum attendance.
