ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
First of all I thank Allah, who is the holder of my breaths, without his order
thank all the employees of the Beefit Gym, where I have done my internship. I have set
teachers for their valuable guidance, constructive criticism and inspiring attitude during
my studies. I appreciate and thanks to all the member of faculty. Besides, this internship
program makes me realize the value of working together as a team and as a new
program really brought us together to appreciate the true value of friendship and respect
of each other. Last words lacking to express my feelings and indebtedness to my family
and friends for their love, appreciation which always stand by me mentally and
On the job training( OJT ) is job training that occurs in the work place which we
student are given an opportunity to apply our knowledge and theories that we have
learned from the school, it’s also help us to obtain applicable knowledge and skills by
performing in actual work setting in BeeFIT Gym in Davao City.
Students earning a Health and wellness degree can expect to acquire skills
related to public health insights, wellness advocacy, holistic healthcare, leadership and
management, among other. This knowledge is gained through a diverse curriculum.

PERSONAL INFROMATION
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
BeeFit Gym in Davao City is having two branches that you can find it in the city of
davao.
BeeFit Gym Plus: Top floor, SPK Bldg., R. Castillo St. ( Left building beside Azuela
cove entrance), Km 7 Davao City.
Beefit Gym Prime: 2nd Floor Time Square Tionko Bldg. Duterte Street Davao city.
Beefit gym have a complete equipment for exercise and bodybuilding, it’s also have the
other activities and classes like Zumba, Metafit, and others, they have a good care in
their clients in term of exercise and workout specially for the beginners, beefit gym
teach you the first most important thing in term of workout the basic and proper
execution of workout or exercise.

OBSERVATION AND EVALUATION
First, I did not expect that beefit gym is not strictly but when the lecture starts and
the exercises it was not easy at all. My first week is very hard for me to interact I was an
introvert but sir Jimmy said there’s no room for shy people there so I had to push myself
every day to smile and interact with employees and client. Sir Jimmy teach us how he
manage the gym he might think that someday we will be one of the gym owners or be
an instructor. He always says love your job not the money you earn it.
The Beefit gym is almost complete equipment and cleaned. In addition, I really
like how they put the equipment that so easy to see.
The coaches are so nice to us they teach us how to handle the client and how to
use the equipment properly even the greetings to the clients.
NARRATIVE EXPERIENCE
I started my on-the-job training in Beefit Plus Lanang on February 10, 2020. Sir
Jimmy as the owner gave us a brief orientation regarding the equipment. My most
important accomplishment and contribution from my practicum to the Beefit Plus
Lanang is to encourage and bring more clients to the company through advertising in
my different social accounts.
I have gained further knowledge and skills in the actual operations of the
equipment. I have also gained strategies on how to satisfy clients so that their
patronage to the company will create a long-term relationship to the customer or clients.
The practicum experience is worth the time, effort and the hard work. The short
period of time that I have spent in Beefit Plus Lanang contributed a lot to the increase in
my awareness, understanding and practical application of my course. The experience I
have gained inspired me to always do good and always give the best of the bests
efforts.
FINAL DEMONSTRATION
Our Final Demonstration in BeeFit gym is the last two weeks of our OJT,
in that last two weeks we have duty in the Gym an actual duty that we have been
work in the gym. In this duty we were going to apply all of our knowledge and
theories that we’ve learned in school and the 1 st week of lecture during our OJT.
We’ve been divided into four groups each group is have time of duty in the
gym Opening duty and closing duty, the opening duty is start at 6am in the
morning and end in the 2pm in the afternoon the second will be relieve the first
duty and it end in 9pm in evening.
The four is divided into two groups, the first two group is been deployed in
BeeFit Plus lanang, one group is in the morning duty and the second is for the
afternoon. Then the second two groups is been deployed in BeeFit Prime in
Ilustre there have also a morning and afternoon duty.
Then after one week duty in that particular GYM, we are going to swich ah
place of duty.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN
After I graduate in college my first plan is to find work only here our
country here in Philippines, if I can manage my time maybe I can earn study to
get a prof-ed for teach so I can take an exam for PE teacher, and I liked also to
take an exam in NAPOLCOM and CIVIL SERVICE.
I have a few plans for my career in the future but first thing I want get an
experience first in my own field before I proceed in my other plan.
This plans is have a main goal for my future in my goal to invest enough
that I can make my own business my own FITNESS GYM and other businesses
that I wanted, so I can help my family and for the future Family of my own.
