I shall start in one of the most trending topics lately on social media, “to reclaim all public
roads

That being used for private ends” it is clear that one of the major economic losses of
urbanized

City is due to traffic congestion, by clearing roads and pedestrian of obstacle will somewhat

eases traffic especially in a very crowded streets.

Prioritizing Easement(RROW) will make roads for transportation which is one of the major

factors in urbanization, linking city to city, city to town and so fort.

Other major factor being addressed is electricity in which he insists on taking research in

renewable energy, that is more environmentally friendly and more sustainable in the long
run,

and may provide a cheaper source of electricity.

Other factors to be addressed for a good economy is the water supply, thus he intend to
create

The Department of Water Resources that will tackle the insurance of sustainable amount of

water supply in the future needs.

One of the steps needed for the implementation is the Land, thus he also addressed for the

creation of the National Land Use Plan Act & Land Reform Act, this will be the main starting

point of the LGUs for their development plan

With the development plan many factors is said that should give more attention too
● Natural Hazard & Climate Change
● Safety & Security (National Defence Act)
● Hospitality, Housing & Relocation
● Law & Order
 ● Education (National Academy of Sports)
● Telecommunication

I therefore conclude that there are so many factors that need to be considered in the

development of a nation, one must do a careful & well researched plan and solution to
address

all and to succeed.

A well sustained Urban & Regional Design is the key factor to it all

Renewable resources like Electricity, Water and Food will help sustain the growth of the

development.

Transportation & Infrastructure will help gain stakeholders & investment

A well planned and research location for housing, hospitality, commercial and other
institutions

will lessen the economic loss and fasten the growth thus lessening the traffic congestion.

Taking also in consideration the Geography for National disaster and hazards will ensure
safety

and security, while incorporating Nature/Green design & development for health,
sustainability

and help reduce or lessen the impact of climate change.

Furthermore will also help lessen poverty...
