It is with tremendous pride that we inform you that Chanakya National Law University (CNLU) is organizing the 1st CNLU
Legal Aid Festival, VIDHIKTA from 27th -29th September 2019. The students of CNLU have been organizing various
national events including CNLU National Parliamentary Debate successfully for the last 10 years, National Moot Court
Competition last year as well as Jeevatva’19- Cultural Fest, drawing crowds from every corner of the country.
ABOUT CHANAKYA NATIONAL LAW UNIVERSITY
CNLU is widely accepted and regarded as one of the premier National Law Schools for legal education, and merely within
fourteen years of its establishment has cultivated not only the best legal minds but also leaders in virtually every sphere of
life. The institution prides itself on giving its students the ability to develop skills not just in regard to advocacy and legal
reform, but also in various literary and cultural spheres in order to provide an environment of all-round development, with
the intention of fostering leadership and character building in each of its students. With this objective in mind, the students
and administration of CNLU have been organizing the CNLU National Parliamentary Debate for the past 10 years, a
National Cyber law Moot last year and hopes to successfully do the same with the 1st CNLU Legal Aid Fest, VIDHIKTA
this year.

ABOUT 1st CNLU LEGAL AID FESTIVAL, VIDHIKTA
Vidhikta is an all-round Legal Aid fest, consisting of formal and informal events aimed at inspiring participants regarding
legal activities, and to promote the idea of Legal Aid in itself. In addition to the formal events like PIL Drafting, Mediation,
Client Counselling. We have also incorporated a number of informal events like film-making, nukkad-natak, etc., to allow
the growth of students and competitors multi-dimensionally and have some fun! Vidhikta is an event aimed at allowing
legal students to grow their technical and soft skills in the field of law. By challenging them in different ways that requires
different skills required in the field of law, we allow them to hone their skills and more than anything, we let them enjoy,
interact and socialize while doing it.
The main idea is to not only promote the idea of legal aid but also form a network of the all the legal aid cells across the
country, and help the common people and spread awareness regarding the law of the land and ensure that every
downtrodden get justice. That we believe as being the core idea of Vidhikta.
WHY VIDHIKTA?
It is important to note, that we provide Sponsors with an ideal environment to get the most out of Vidhikta. Here’s why:

like the National Parliamentary Debate, National Seminars, National Moot Court Competitions and our annual

❖ Vidhikta, being a Legal Aid Fest in association with the Legal Aid Cell of CNLU wishes to bring to light an

❖ Vidhikta is a one-of-its kind event, allowing for participants to come from all over the country and witness the
amazing fest experience CNLU has learnt to provide over the years. It enables them to have fun, learn and grow as
lawyers and as humans.

three-day residential event.

before the actual event.

promotions; the event sponsors name being included in the same.

CO-SPONSOR: INR 1,50,000/-
ASSOCIATE SPONSOR: INR 50,000/-

ADDITIONAL SPONSOR, having two categories:

We offer the Sponsor the chance to choose any of the packages mentioned above. The Sponsor may choose to patron one or
more of the categories under Associate Sponsor. Any other form of sponsorship in cash or kind is accepted.
PACKAGE I–TITLE SPONSORS PACKAGES
SPONSORSHIP AMOUNT: INR 2,00,000/-
DELIVERABLES:
▪ The Title Sponsors logo will go on our brochure which shall be sent as an official invite to all the law colleges.
Additionally the Title Sponsor logo and name to be present on sponsor exclusive Banners Flexes, Posters and
Hoardings on the event premises.
▪ The title sponsors will be promoted on our official Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn as soon as we receive
confirmation and funds. The logo shall also be put at beginning of our promotional videos which shall be released one
month prior to the fest.
IN HOUSE:
▪ The Title sponsor logo will be present on the main banners of the event stage.
▪ Publicity in the University from the day of confirmation from the side of the sponsor is received.
▪ Additional Banner Space across the premises of the event, (approximately 6 banners of 7’x 4’) made available to the
sponsor according to their promotional requirements.
▪ A giant projector screen shall be in operation throughout the events and shall provide an ideal medium for the sponsor
to screen messages, images, videos, speech for sensitization and any other promotional material.
MEDIA, WEB & PRINT:
▪ Logo on the folders, notepads, letter head.

▪ Special Coverage on the 1st CNLU Legal Aid Fest Page on social networking sites and other available web based
platform, including promotional videos and social media posts.
OTHER:
▪ Stalls(9’ X 9’ in the University grounds) for sale of sponsors’ merchandise or other promotional activity may be set
up without any additional costs.
▪ Sponsors may also conduct informal events at the venue, as well as organizing any form of product promotion.
PACKAGE II-CO-SPONSORS:
Sponsor amount: INR 1,50,000/-

DELIVERABLES:
▪ The Co-Sponsors logo will go on our brochure which shall be sent as an official invite to all the law colleges.
Additionally the co-Sponsor logo and name to be present on Banners Flexes, Posters and Hoardings on the event
premises. Additionally the title sponsors will be promoted on our official Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn as soon
as the we receive confirmation and funds.
▪ The co-sponsors logo will be a part of our promotional videos which shall be released one month prior to the fest.
IN HOUSE:
▪ The Co-sponsor logo will be present on the side of the main banners of the event stage.
▪ Publicity in the University from the day of confirmation from the side of the sponsor is received.
▪ Additional Banner Space across the premises of the event, (maximum 6 banners of 7’x 4’) made available to the
to screen messages, images, videos, speech for sensitization and any other promotional material.
MEDIA, WEB & PRINT:

PACKAGE III- ASSOCIATE SPONSOR
Associate Sponsors can sponsor the event either in cash or kind. There are different packages under this category and a
sponsor can choose any preferred category.
1) MEDIA AND COMMUNICATIONS SPONSOR PACKAGE
SPONSORSHIP AMOUNT: Rs. *50,000*
DELIVERABLES:
▪ As the MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION SPONSOR of our entire event, the sponsor would be entitled to enhance
their brand. This would include the following –
to screen messages, images, videos and any other promotional material. Apart from this, various scaffoldings will be
put up which shall remain highly visible to all sections of the audience at all times and will be provided kiosk’s and
their logo on the merchandise given to participants.
▪ Stalls for sale of sponsors' merchandise or other promotional activity may be set up without any additional costs. The
size of each stall is the standard 9' X 9'.
▪ As the media and communication sponsor, the sponsor shall cover the events conducted during the event.
2) LOGISTICS SPONSOR PACKAGE
DELIVERABLES:
▪ Sponsor name and Logo at all accommodations and logistic kits of participants.
▪ All vehicles used for the transportation of participants for the duration of the event will bear the Sponsor name and
logo.
3) PRIZE SPONSOR PACKAGE
DELIVERABLES:
▪ All prizes will be introduced as being sponsored by the Prize Sponsor.

▪ As prize sponsor, he/she shall sponsor the trophies of the event.
4) FOOD SPONSOR PACKAGE
DELIVERABLES:
size of each stall is the standard 9' X 9', located along the in the University grounds and in close proximity and in full
view of the entire audience of the event.
▪ As the food sponsor, the sponsor shall provide for the catering of 3-day event along with organizing the night party
which is conducted on the second day of the fest.
PACKAGE IV- ADDITIONAL SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE
