SUMMARY

Wildfire Entertainment, is a company dedicated to offering innovative games, for the

year 2009 I had developed more than 50 games but none of them with the success they

expected, at the time they thought about closing the company it was there that I took off

the Squealers mobile game iphone increasing profits by 50%. The mobile phone industry

became an intelligent personal computer challenging designers to create all kinds of games,

videos and applications that can be easily accessed.

Wildfire Entertainment is a workplace with an exciting environment In the early years,

the organization employed 40 people in the same place, wanted to create learning

applications, the founders made the decisions while the employees focused on

implementing the ideas of such so that they felt committed to the work they were doing if

a problem arose, they had the facility of accessing the right people to immediately solve.

Therefore, the work environment was healthy since there was a culture of collaboration.

DEVELOPING

1-Based on the Wildfire case, as a manager, which would be the best organizational

structure proposed for the case.

In my opinion, when an organization that works at the forefront of technology is

presented, it must be updating its organizational structure because the changes in the market

are very variable and the company must be adapting to these changes, I believe that the

option that I would design for the organization as manager is the one shown in figure

Three, because in this one a structure is proposed in which divisions are made in groups by

specialty and there is the fact that each team has a leader and this can be very close to the

management In this case it seems to me the best option for a company where creativity and

change must be a trend.

En mi opinión cuando se presenta una organización que trabaja a la vanguardia de la

tecnología esta debe estar actualizando su estructura organizacional porque los cambios en

el mercado son muy variables y la compañía se debe estar adaptando a estos cambios, yo

creo que la opción que yo diseñaría para la organización como gerente es la expuesta en la

figura Tres, porque en esta se plantea una estructura en la cual se realizan divisiones en

grupos por especialidad y está el hecho que cada equipo tenga un líder y este pueda estar

muy cerca de la gerencia en este caso me parece la mejor opción para una empresa donde la

creatividad y el cambio debe ser tendencia.

For the development of the Organizational structure of THIS IS US, a Non-Profit

del propósito de la Organización por ende todo nuestro sistema funciona de manera

circular, todos los departamentos trabajaran de manera colaborativa y directa con la Alta

gerencia para un mayor desarrollo de ideas.
