As   per   the   Order   of   the   District   Magistrate   Jalandhar,   an   Isolation   Ward   (Block   A   &   F   of   Mega   Boys  
Hostel)   to   Quarantine   the   COVID-­‐19   patients   has   been   set   up   at   the   Campus   of   the   Institute   and   the  
same  will  be  operational  w.e.f.  12.05.2020.

Therefore,  keeping  in  view  to  avoid  speading  of  COVID-­‐19  and  health  safety  of  the  officials,  students  and  
residents  of  the  Campus,  Gate  No.  2  of  the  Institute  Campus  will  be  used  for  entry  and  exit  of  officials  
and  residents  of  the  campus,  wheareas  Gate  No.  1  will  strictly  be  meant  for  Isolation  Centre  only.

The  Chairman,  Campus  Safety  &  Security  is  required  to  redraft  the  security  deployment  plan  and  pass  on  
necessary   directions   to   the   security   agency/personnel   accordingly   for   foolproof   &   strict   security  
management.   Medical   Officer   is   also   requred   to   make   necessary   arrangment   for   shifting   of   medical  
team  at  Gate  no.  2.    

This  bears  the  approval  of  the  competent  authority.
