A Detailed Lesson Plan in Housekeeping

I. OBJECTIVES
At the end of the lesson the students should be able to:
a) Discuss implementing hotel codes, rules, and regulations.
b) Explain the different skills a good housekeeper needs such as
interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.
c) Discuss the nature and scope of guestroom cleaning, care, and
maintenance
d) Enumerate bedroom and bathroom amenities offered in the hotel.

II. SUBJECT MATTER

Lesson: Provide Housekeeping Services to Guests

Materials: Smart TV, power point presentation, Hand outs

III. PROCEDURE
A. Daily Routine
 Prayer
 Greetings
 Checking of Attendance
 Recitation by asking them about their own ideas
B. Motivation
 Let the students read and review. What do you think is the reason why
guest wants to go back to that hotel?

VI. AGREEMENT
Visit a website of two different category hotels and see how they differ in terms of
the amenities they offer to their guest.
