In the urban way of living, proxim-
ity is always a key word. Being near
almost every conceivable necessity
gives a person at least a colorable
sense of perfection.
In Metro Manila, the congestion
is nearing boiling point. This is the
reason developers rush to edge each
other out in vying for prime location
in an effort bring forth their own ver-
sion of a perfect community within a
throbbing metropolis.
Take, for example, the booming and
industrial north. As real estate giants

bounds of Metro Manila, the housing
sector seems to be just teething in the

kind in Valenzuela, dubbed by some

northern Metro Manila.
