1. Sustainability: The company has developed alternate sources for the raw material so that if one of them
faces a scarcity, the raw material can be arranged from the other supplier.
2. Special inventory management process: The company asks for the Letter of Intent from the customer
so that the raw material can be arranged from the supplier whilst the customer completes the
process/documentation to generate the purchase order.
3. Specific product design techniques: The company provided the Standard Operation Procedure
required in the case of any mechanical design flaw.
