As shown in the table 1.1, there were 4 out of 14 or 28.57% ages 31 - 40, 3 out of 14 or 21.43%
ages ranges 36-40 years old, 2 out 14 or 14.29% who are at the age brackets 30years old and below,
41- 45 years old and 51years old and above respectively. There is only 1 out of 14 or 7.14% who is at
the age brackets 46-50 year old. The table further revealed that majority of the respondents landed at
the age brackets 31-35 years old.

As shown in the table 1.2, there were 8 out of 14 or 57.14% of the respondents took up the
course Gen-Ed., 4 out of 14 or 28.58% were Math Major and 1 out of 14 or 7.14% were English and
Industrial Art Major. The table further shown that majority of the respondents were Gen. Ed. Teachers.

As reflected in the table 1.3 teaching position, 9 out of 14 or 64.29% were T1, 3 out of 14 or
21.43% were T1 and 1 out of 14 or 7.14% were both T3 and M1 respectively. This implies that majority
of the teachers of Tawog Elementary School were Teacher 1.

As shown in table 1.4, there were 5 out of 14 or 35.71% of the teachers had 1- 5 and 6-10 years
of teaching experience, 4 out of 14 or 28.58% has a teaching experience of 11 year and above.

As shown in table 1.5, 8 out of 14 or 57.14 were BEEd, 5 out of 14 or 35.725 were BEEd with
master’s unit and only 1 out of 14 or 7.14% was MA degree. This implies that majority of the
respondents were Bachelor of Elementary Education degree holders.

mean of 3.98, however it was interpreted Above average also. The overall average weighted mean of the
variabke is 4.2 which interpreted Above average. This implies that the School Improvement Plan are
really appropriate to the needs of the school and the community.

average. The overall average weighted mean of the variable is 4.234 which interpreted Above average.
This implies that the school Improvemnt Plan (SIP) real;y helps in addressing the CIGPs of the school.

average weighted mean of the variable is 4.20 which will be interpreted Above average. This implies that
the structures and style used in the School Improvement Plan provides clear understanding and
information.

mean of 4.1 and were interpreted Above average. The variable has the total average weighted mean of
4.30 which interpreted Above average. The table implies that the School Improvment Plan has a very
concise and clear usage of the grammar for easily understanding of the teachers and stakeholders.
