ENS 241 - Electrical and Electronic Circuits

Spring 2020

Project Description:

The project has to include the following parts:

1. Objectives: What do you want to achieve with your project? What is the purpose of the
circuit that you are designing? Your objectives have to be related with your conclusions.
Your objectives must be achievable, measurable and show them in the results section.
2. Circuit Design: In this section, you have to propose a circuit design to achieve the
objectives set. The value of the elements of the circuit could be ideal (resistors, voltage
source, capacitors, etc.), you must to develop mathematically the design of the circuit
showing the theoretical values.
3. Simulation of the Circuit Design: For this section, you must build your design using
MultiSim and run the simulation to contrast the simulated parameters with the parameters
gotten in part 2.
4. Adjustment of the simulated design: For this section, you have to refer the appendix H
“Common Standard Component Values to redesign your circuit using standard values for
the elements of the circuit.
5. Performance analysis: You must simulate the circuit designed in the part 4.
6. Results and Conclusions.
