1. Introduction to the Industry

1.1 Nature of business of the Industry

My 6 week internship was carried out at Goodsane Sdn Bhd located at Kuching,
Sarawak. Goodsane Sdn Bhd is no. 1 Web Design and Mobile App Development
Company that provides the ability to intergrate clear, fuctional, and creative interfaces
with technical, business solutions.

Goodsane Sdn Bhd provides professional web-based services, ranging from custom
web designs to fully functional dynamic rich websites. They specializes in custom,
interactive web site design and development that are consistent with the company’s
brand image and create an entirely new corporate identity.

Innovative and cutting edge technologies are used by them as their mission is to make
process easier for the companies. Clients are provided with the right tools for web
development, hosting, ecommerce, security, content management and digital
marketing. Clients of Goodsane Sdn Bhd includes Hornbill Skyways Sdn Bhd,
Facelook, Lea Group of companies, YKGI, 20 DB, Starsport, BODHI PATH
Busshist centers, RJ Reality Sdn Bhd, Kvoll, Nationlink Group of Companies and
many more.

Goodsane Sdn Bhd focused on achieving companies’ business goals as their approach
to digital marketing is effective as dedicative solution will purpose will be provided.
Fast delivery are also focused in Goodsane Sdn Bhd by reaching optimal efficiency
woth an average time to market 30 % faster than conventional agency timelines. This

Teaspoon is a simplistic and beautifully designed app that let people in Kuching to
discover great food and interesting promotions at their favourite restaurants.
Customers can easily know the location and menu of restaurants within their grasp
and easily decide where to eat in a more decisive manner.

In this app, customers can easily decide to eat at the most recommended
restaurants or closest restaurants to them with wide choices of categories of
restaurants ranging from Asian Fusion, Western, Japanese, Halal, Drinks and
Desserts and more to satisfy their cravings.

In this app, customers can:

- Search for restaurants near you
- Collect and Redeem vouchers and discounts from your favorite restaurants
- Upload photos and write reviews
- GPS to guide you to restaurants
- Check operating hours, menu of restaurants, contact details, and photos of
restaurant’s environment and food
- Find out the food most recommended by your friends
- Suggest your favorite restaurants to be included in the app
 - Save your favorite restaurants
