Statement of the Problem:

The challenge to build a floating tunnel. To point out, design, invent and to
construct a floating tunnel. And how to become submerged without sinking? 

Specific Objectives:

 Develop the submerged tubes that would steadied by being attached to

pontoons on the surface of the sea.

 Formulate the Archimedes, buoyancy and the balance of forces.

 To observe and decide a good optimal response to

compression water environment.

 Organize the tubes will be built on land, to fully sealed before being
launched into the sea to easier to build.

 Compose two towers on each end to help the weight of tubes or tunnels.
