To conjugate the present


simple we use the infinitive for

To form the past simple with regular
verbs, we use the infinitive and add

To form the past continuous, the
auxiliary verb “to be” and the verb +
Form  ing are used. The auxiliary verb “to
be” is in the past simple, but keep in
mind that “to be” is an irregular verb.

To form the present perfect, the
