Lesson Plan

MAPEH 8- PHYSICAL EDUCATION

I. Objectives: At the end of the lesson the students should be able to;
a. Determine the origin of volleyball.
b. Recognize the equipment used in volleyball.
c. Perform the different drills to enhance one’s skills.
