MAPEH 8- PHYSICAL EDUCATION

I. Objectives: At the end of the lesson the students should be able to;
a. Determine the origin of volleyball.
b. Recognize the equipment used in volleyball.
c. Perform the different drills to enhance one’s skills.

The volleyball is made of a mixture of

leather and rubber. It has a circumference
of 65- 67 centimeters and weighs 260- 280
grams.

The first team to get a 25 points will

declare as the winner

Class, in officiating the volleyball games,

the duties and functions of the officials
should be final.
