The lack of quality attitude is the major hindrance to improve the quality problem in Greasax. There
is no synergy in the business between the manufacturing ,production ,marketing and quality
department as every wants to meet their target instead of taking the responsibility of the overall
operations which will restrict them to meet up to the deadline. As a result quality department has to
suffer in Grease line , the cause has been explained below :
