Gymathics Learning Center is looking for a MATH INSTRUCTOR

Job Description:

- Conducts face-to-face instruction to 1 st year college students (max. of 40 students per class, will
handle 6 sections but will only conduct 2-3 classes per day)
- Conducts online instruction and facilitation to assigned sections
- Conducts monitoring and assessment of student’s learning progress
- Assists students who are having difficulties with their assigned task (online and classroom-based)
- Checks student’s written outputs and assigned online tasks
- Prepares supplementary learning materials and assessment tools as needed
- Coordinates with client school officials, co-instructors and company officials regarding student’s
academic performance

Qualifications:

- Willing to be assigned in Batangas City

- Graduate of any of the following courses: BS Mathematics, BSE Mathematics, BS Physics, BSE
Physics, or any Engineering course
- Male or female, 22 to 40 years old
- LET is NOT required but an advantage
- Preferably with Master’s degree or with MA units
- Preferably with at least 1-year teaching experience in the secondary or tertiary level
- Independent and a team player
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism
- With passion in teaching and patient in teaching students having math difficulties
- Willing to undergo training
- Must have his/her own laptop with camera and microphone

Required Skills:

- Knowledgeable in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Knowledgeable in various online communication applications (Zoom, FB chat, etc.) and online
collaboration tools (Google Drive, Google Forms, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

Compensation and Benefits:

- Starting salary of P14,000 per month (for first year of contract) subject to annual increase depending
on job performance
