Subject: Corona Virus Control Efforts in Jammu and

Kashmir.

Government Order No.325-JK(GAD) of 2020

Dated: 04.03.2020

For effective Corona Virus control efforts in the

Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, it is hereby ordered
that:- ,

(i) Shri Bhupinder Kumar, IAS, Mission

Director, National Health Mission (NHM),
J&K, shall be the Overall Incharge of the
Corona Virus control efforts at the Union
Territory Level, who shall work under the
supervision of Financial Commissioner,
Health & Medical Education Department,
J&K. Dr. Shafqat Khan, designated Nodal
Officer, shall work under the supervision of
Overall Irlcharge Corona Virus control
efforts (Mission Director, NHM).

(ii) At the Divisional Level, respective Divisional

Commissioners shall be the overall incharge
of Corona virus control efforts who shall be
assisted by the respective Directors of
Health Services.

(iii) At the District Level, Deputy Commissioners

shall be )he Incharge of Corona virus

C control efforts to be assisted by the

respective Chief Medical Officers.
 The Apex Level/Divisional Level/District Level
Officers shall take the following steps for the Control of
Corona Virus:-
1. Detection at the Airports/Railway Stations and
other entry points.
2. Creation of adequate quarantine, isolation and
other requisite facilities.
3. Adequate measures for surveillance of home
quarantined persons.
4. All other measures required for effective
control of corona virus.
