SESSION 1
STAGE TIME MATERIALS
Warm up: In teams, students unscramble family words and classify then into Worksheets
male and female. 10’

Development: Introduce prepositions (in, on, under). Copy on notebook.


On a worksheet, students read some sentences about the positon of some 35’
objects and draw the objects on the correct places.
Wrap up: Compare answers 5’
SESSION 2
STAGE TIME MATERIAL
Warm up: Review school supplies vocabulary 5’
Development: Describe a classroom saying the position of the objects. Students
draw the objects as indicated by the teacher. 20’

Wrap up: Play Simon Says, giving commands of position of school objects. 5’
SESSION 3
STAGE TIME MATERIALS
Warm up: Review prepisitions. Worksheets

Paper sheets
Development: On a worksheet, students look at some images and select the
correct prespositions.
Teacher hands out a paper sheet to every student and gives instructions on how
to fold it to make an interactive chart. 40’
Students cut the imges from the worksheet and paste them on the outer part of
the chart, then write sentences describing the position of the objects on the
inside of the chart.
Wrap up: Compare work 5’
