Mass is the highest form of prayer. Mass is sacred. Mass is Holy. When we go to church we often ask for
a petition. We keep on pray and pray and pray until what we ask will be given unto us. We also keep on
giving thanks, when we received what we've prayed for. Mass is essential for each and everyone of us. It
is a privilege ,if, when one Christian can go to church and celebrate the Holy Eucharist and accept the
Body of Christ. During the Mass, Jesus Christ and Mother Mary is present in the front celebrating the
Holy Feast. The Father who spreads the word of God during the Homily is Jesus. That's why the Homily
and the Gospel are alternative Foods that our Holy Spirit needs also to absorb it. The words of God
strengthens our Faith and one reason which keeps us to stand firm and fight amidst the problems,
circumstances and breakdowns in life just by thinking and being hopeful on the positive and touching
words of God.

Reflection:

From the activity that we had, I learned the different parts of the holy mass and it's importance. Holy
Mass is the center of our faith and the source of divine life. Thus, the Church teaches us to participate in
the Holy Mass regularly on Sundays and on Holydays or even weekdays. I realized that if we understand
the value of the Mass, we would certainly participate in it actively and regularly. And if we understand
each part of the Mass, it may also help us to recognize the value of the Holy Mass.

Mass, most people think of it as a group of people but as a christian Mass symbolizes special gathering
to be united with God and The Holy spirit perhaps a Holy Mass. To be with God is a previledge where in
we can listen , eat and pray together amidst the sins that each individuals committed.God speaks to his
people through the proclamation of the scriptures. There is a call from God for holiness in his children.
Even though most people attended Holy Mass for granted such us they only attend mass when they
have new clothes and such but the truth is many have forgotten the real essence of the Holy Mass it is
the time of praying sincerely and asking for god's another chance to correct the mistakes we've
committed. Psalm 103:10-14 – He has not punished us as we deserve for all our sins, for his mercy
toward those who fear and honor him is as great as the height of the heavens above the earth. He has
removed our sins as far away from us as the east is from the west. He is like a father to us, tender and
sympathetic to those who reverence him. For he knows we are but dust.

The Catholic Mass holds an exceptional reverence for all things holy.

Catholics attend mass for many reasons, although there are many

different reasons for going to mass, there is one thing that all

people want from mass, and that is some sort of help or advice from

God. Some people may think it is impossible to go to mass and return

with advice from God, but people deal with mass in different ways and

can take from it what they are willing to give back, not just to the

church but to all of the people they love and care for.

I think one of the main reasons people attend mass is to deepen their

relationship with God. People look to God as a role model and they do

their best to follow in his footsteps, even through hard times. Some

Catholics feel that the closer they are with God the more he will

understand and help them in their everyday lives.

At Catholic Mass there’s an actual opportunity to put forth prayer requests and intentions that the
priest can read to the whole group assembled.

In conclusion, we Catholics should always attend Holy Mass especially on Sundays for during the Holy
Mass we could encounter Jesus, we could receive His Holy Body through the communion and with that,
it can keep our soul healthy and nourished.

Mass as the highest for of prayer is powerful communication with God. Tjrough it, we are able to send
him a message and at the same time, receive His message. We are connected to Him by the sacred mass
and we are able to reach to Him at that. We are able to establish a covenant with Him and through it,
we are also able to strenthen our Faith. Every word said in the mass is Holy as it contains the message of
God. And the church, in which that is us people, listen to it and use it as our guide to direct us.
