Answer:

- Yes. It was 5 years ago when I was in England for my Master degree. In the
winter, the snow had fallen so deeply, that cars were stuck in driveways and buses in
their depots, the only way to get about that day would be on foot.

- Yes, it was my sister’s wedding which was held outdoors. Everyone was drinking a
toast to the couple when a heavy rain suddenly came. People got wet and dirty mug
was everywhere.
3. Discuss with your partner the following question: What time of the year is
the best weather where you live?

Suggestions:
- I live in Northern Vietnam. Spring is the best season here as this kind of weather is
suitable for the plants to grow and flowers to blossom. It is the best time to witness
the vitality of tropical nature.
- The end of the year is always the best. Snow makes everything look gorgeous. No
more sunshine, which prevents you from sweating. And nothing is better than winter
breeze in the early morning.
- Where I live, the summers are too hot and humid, the springtime is unpredictable,
and the winter is way too cold for my tastes. Fall, however, is perfect. It's almost as if
the perfect mix of sun and clouds and slight chill was combined together to create
the best weather ever.
