 TECON-Form Plywood

Features
High recycle usage times
Different series TECON-Form Plywood can reach 4-60 usage times when
follows proper maintenance method

First class veneers at high press ratio during production makes them
higher in density and heavier in weight than others

Deformation and chipping can be rarely found after hours of boiling in

boiling water (8 hours for Melamine WBP glue and 48 hours for Phenolic WBP
glue, proven by laboratory test)

TECON phenolic brown film (or black film) and sealed edges can protect
plywood surface from the corrosion and makes the plywood durable

The thickness tolerance can be maintained within +/-0.2mm based on

client’s special requirement . It is much more accurate than those +/-
0.5mm or even +/-0.8mm tolerance

Versatile usage in formwork system

Act as the versatile shuttering board not only for vertical structure but
also for horizontal structure, TECON-Form Plywood can be widely used
in conventional formwork with timber and GI pipes, H20 timber beam
formwork, steel frame formwork and aluminum frame formwork etc

Compared with bamboo and metal formwork, TECON-Form plywood

is better and easier to nail, saw and drill. They can be easily cut into
required size based on different requirements

TECON-Form Plywood is convenient for site transporting. Only one

person can deliver single plywood by hand since it is very light than
other material

Easy to cleaning
Simply clean the shuttering with water. Plastic or nylon tools are the best
choice to clean the residues of concrete

Customized size
In order to reduce the quantity of joints and improve the assembly
efficiency, special size and material can be produced according to client’s
requirement, such as 1200*3000mm, 6000*2000mm etc
