LOCATION
The City of Balanga is located 124
kms. west from Manila which is 2
hours by land. It can be reached via
North Luzon Expressway (NLEX)
through Gapan-Olongapo Road and
Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway
(SCTEX). Balanga is just 40 kms. across 40 kms.
