    Subject: Enforcement of violation regarding out of contract salary

    This memo serves as written notice to the Project supervisor Roger Bingculado. The purpose of
    this memorandum is to provide direction regarding to the violation stipulated in the construction
    contract in which prohibits payment to any unregistered laborers engaged in construction where
    such payments are budget for the registered and authorized workers within the construction.
    As stipulated in Article III of the Construction Contract under the service and payment, the client
    agrees to pay the hour, and the labor cost for every activity done by the registered construction
    workers. Only the architect can approve every registered worker that can participate within the
    project. Unaccounted payment may cause conflict in project budget and later leads to dispute to
    the client.
    The ZION BUILDER Construction Team has made the decision to take action of violation of
    unauthorized payment, may constitute a basis for limitation, suspension, or termination action. As
    such, only for the first warning, the appropriate sanction to consider will be the deduction of the
    Project Supervisor’s salary equivalent to the paid salary for unregistered laborers.
    I am confident that the construction team maintain teamwork and organization. The team are
    expecting and looking forward for the cooperation and discipline within the workplace. By that,
    we will be grateful to continue working with you in the future. Thank you.
