Increase the work on the satisfied spaces. Be more communicative and do it in time.

In general the consultant is not doing a significant bad job but is way behind its full potential, even
though he has show some improvement, it is not enough for the job he was hired for.

The consultant is commited with his work but I still


think its not its full potential.
The results of its work are good, but there are some
things that slide through the cracks in order to be
perfect.
Procedures and practices are getting consistent
progressively, but the consultant can do it better
Consultant is not good communicating in time, or giving
all the information required
Consultant is able to work a lot of the areas without
depending on superiors but needs to show control on this
independency
Consultant takes initiative sometimes but needs to start
proposing more
The work done by the consultant with the team is not
enough to the team culture requiered by client.
Consultant can get more done in less time
Consultant is able to come with good ideas and solutions
to problems

Consultat holds too much information for himself and
doesn’t pass it too the rest of the team
